How do I
make a deposit into my account?
In order to make a deposit, first register as a User by
clicking on 'Create Account' in the Casino Software
or on the website, and open an account.
Once you have an Email and Password you are ready to deposit
money into your account and increase your balance.
When you are in the "Lobby" of the software download,
press on "Cashier" in the left corner of the screen.
To access the cashier through the website, simply click
on "My Account" and "Transactions".
Select your preferred deposit method.
How long
does it take to process my deposit?
Deposits made using Credit cards, NETELLER, and other e-Wallets
are usually added to your balance immediately.
Wire Transfer deposits usually take 3-5 business days to
arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited upon our
bank's receipt of the transfer.
If, for any reason, your request has not been approved after
the time periods specified above, please contact the casino's respective support
team.
How do I
cash out my winnings?
In order to cash out money from your account you must first
log on to your account using your Email and Password. You
can withdraw money by following these steps:
- Log in to the casino's website using your email address and
password.
- Click on "My Account" and the "Transactions".
- Click on "Withdraw Money".
- Enter the withdrawal amount and your chosen method.
- All withdrawal requests are actioned within 3 to
5 business days. The minimum amount request may vary but typically is set at a $25 (US) minimum and
for Bank Transfer it is $100 (US).
How long does it take to receive
my winnings?
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days.
You will be notified by email when your withdrawal request
is approved. You will be notified by email if your
withdrawal request has been rejected.
Check requests take up to 4 weeks to arrive, since they
are sent from abroad. Wire Transfer requests usually take
between 5 and 10 business days until the sum you requested
is in your bank account. NETELLER requests that have been
approved take no more than a few hours.
